Croydon sixth form colleges are being encouraged to take part in the Nestl Smart Move competition for 2001/2 which is launched this week and gives students the chance to win up to £1,000 each, for themselves and their college/school.
The Nestl competition is part of the Croydon-based company's ongoing commitment to provide creative, educational support for young people.
To enter the competition, students are asked to plan a Higher Education Access Event for their school. Working in groups of between two to five, students will be asked to put into practice some of the Key Skills that universities, colleges and future employers are looking for.
Sarah Tudor, Public Affairs Manager at Nestl UK said: "We are delighted to be involved in this competition for the second year running and would like to encourage all Croydon schools/sixth form colleges to enter. This is a really great initiative and a positive first step for students in planning their future in education and employment."
