Old Rutlishians threw away a two-goal lead against Battersea Ironsides to crash out of the League Cup 5-3 on Saturday.
Ian Lennard scored his 300th goal for Old Ruts a club record but that was the only good news of the day after a woeful performance.
Lee Poulter scored the other two for Ruts.
But Old Ruts Reserves overturned a two-goal half-time deficit against Warlingham Reserves to secure their first win in five games.
Piers Capper, Paul Beaumont (three) and Steve Berry scored.
Oakway Sports beat Old Ruts A 2-0.
