Fulham Ladies beat Newport County Ladies 12-0 in the third round of the FA Cup on Sunday and now face a trip to Birmingham in the fourth round.
Within seconds of the kick off, Kristy Moore saw her fierce shot come back off a post, but Fulham did take the lead soon afterwards when Marianne Pettersen headed in a corner.
Katie Chapman increased the lead with a shot from just inside the penalty area, before Kim Jerray-Silver tried her luck from 30 yards and brought an excellent save from the Newport keeper.
Fulham were running the game, interchanging long and short passes throughout the team, but their defence marshalled by Mary Phillip had to keep on their toes because Newport were quick to break.
But after excellent build-up play by Fulham, Margunn Haugenes's shot could only be parried by the keeper to Pett-ersen, who tapped the ball in from close range.
Then, in the 29th minute, Pettersen beat two players and placed her shot well to complete her hat trick.
A further two goals came within two minutes from Moore at a corner and Haugenes from the penalty spot - and the Whites led 6-0 at half time.
Fulham started the second half with a flourish and twice Newport County had to clear their goal line. But after five minutes, Rachel Yankey knocked in a rebound and this was followed by goals from Pettersen (two), Yankey, Haugenes and Moore.
