Sutton & Epsom fly-half Sam Frost believes the club are entering their most important fortnight of the season.
Frost and his team-mates have enjoyed an excellent season and are currently second in London Division One.
Having beaten Cheshunt 23-17 last weekend, Sutton travel to Richmond in the Fourth Round of the RFC Intermediate Cup.
Speaking about the tie, Frost said: "Last year they knocked us out of the Surrey Cup so it will be a tough game. Richmond have been going very well. They still have some of the players who played for them when they were a professional side.
"They will be very strong. Richmond are three or four leagues down and beating everyone by 60 to 70 points.
"They have got a lot of investment in them and they are looking to come back up the leagues."
Frost also has one eye on Sutton's next league game a home fixture with Basingstoke on December 22.
He added: "If we can put up a display like when we beat them over there, I think we will do well.
"It's a crucial game."
