Housing developers St James Homes, which built 350 riverside homes in Kew, has donated £40,000 to its neighbours, the Royal Botanic Gardens, to buy plants for a dramatic summer display.
The plants line the edge of the Broad Walk at the Gardens and include colourful and unusual species, which will make a striking display for plant-loving visitors in the summer.
