Councillors on Kingston Town neighbourhood committee discussed some ideas last week including installing a sculpture or piece of art on the College Roundabout.
And Councillor Steve Mama suggested that the council could celebrate the jubilee and create a lasting benefit for Kingston by ploughing ahead with plans for a riverside walk alongside the Hogsmill.
