Santa Claus in Walthamstow is being rushed off his sleigh, stocking up with Christmas present wishes from excited children all over the borough.
Top toy requests this year made to Selborne Walk shopping centre's jolly red-faced wonder include Barbie dolls, Tweenies, Game Boys and Bob the Builder toys.
But it's not only children who are giving their dream present requests to Santa. Their hopeful parents have also been getting a slice of the action by slipping in a few wishes of their own.
According to Santa, home refits and sports cars are among the requests from parents escorting their children to his grotto.
In an exclusive interview with the Guardian, Father Christmas said: "It's not just children who tell me their Christmas wishes.
"Adults have requested new kitchens, washing machines and even a Porsche.
"However, I don't think I would be able to find a sack big enough to carry one but the elves would certainly have fun driving it."
Asked what his own request will be this year, Santa replied: "To be happy and content with all I have oh, and a CD DJ mixer as well, please."
He lists his top qualities as being patient, good with children and adults, understanding and friendly.
If you would like to meet Santa, call into the first floor of Selborne Walk shopping centre any day up until Christmas Eve between 11am and 5pm.
