SLEEPING BEAUTY will awaken with the kiss of true love at the Kenneth More Theatre tomorrow (Friday).
The young princess is knocked out cold after having a nasty experience with an enchanted spinning wheel that has been cursed by the evil fairy godmother, Maleficent.
Dashing Prince Charming travels through time to release the delectable damsel from her centennial slumber.
But, as with all best laid plans, love does not run smoothly for Charming with the malicious Maleficent popping up behind him at regular intervals.
Dame Dolly Dumpling and good fairy-godmother Fairy Flora come to the rescue and in typical panto style they all live happily ever after in the end.
There will be performances every day from tomorrow to Saturday, February 2, at the KMT, Oakfield Road, Ilford. Show times vary.

Robin Hood And Babes In The Wood The Playhouse, HarlowPRODUCED by the team responsible for last year's production of Cinderella and Sinbad The Final Voyage, the country's biggest community panto promises all the usual magical ingredients to complete the audience's Christmas entertainment.
Once again, the show has been written by Brian Herring, who will also be directing the show, and produced by Philip Dale.
Previous Playhouse pantomimes have always surprised and delighted their audiences, and they are becoming particularly well known for their exciting puppetry techniques.
Robin Hood and the Babes in the Wood runs from now until Saturday, January 12. Tickets are priced from £7 to £11.50.

Jack And The Beanstalk The Millfield TheatreFORMER EastEnders stars Troy Titus-Adams and Mark Monero play leading parts in Jack and the Beanstalk at the Millfield Theatre in Edmonton.
Troy played Nina Harris in EastEnders and will now act as Princess Jasmin. Mark played wide-boy Steve Elliot in the popular soap and will now perform as the appropriately named Fleshcreep.
The play is directed by the highly experienced Bonnie Lythgoe who is working at the Millfield Theatre for the 11th year running.

Aladdin Theatre Royal StratfordTHE CLASSIC pantomime Aladdin is on show at the recently-reopened Theatre Royal, Stratford, this Christmas.
Featuring local star and MTV performer Kat, the play is the first to be performed after four years and a £7million refurbishment.
It follows the story of a young man who has become obsessed with wealth, riches and the beautiful princess of China.
Enter a dusty lamp and a powerful genie, and Aladdin's destiny is almost in his hands.

Combining African myth and Asian legend, it follows the adventures of two young girls who wander into the woods unaccompanied.
They are pursued by the evil, form-changing Anansi, who wants their blood to ensure her own eternal beauty.
Fortunately for the girls, Asian Goddess of the Night Kali the protector of lost children according to Hindu legend is at hand to help.
Her quest is to help the girls find true love, thus protecting them from the dastardly clutches of Anansi, who only preys on pure maidens.

Woodford Operatic and Dramatic Society will present the pantomime at Sir James Hawkey Hall, in Broomhill Road from January 4 to 12.
