Tom Brake, the MP for Carshalton and Wallington, has decided whose design will have the honour of gracing the MP's official Christmas card for this year.
The accolade went to Charlie Hancock, a year three pupil at Barrow Hedges Primary School.
Charlie was presented with his prize of a House of Commons rucksack and giant chocolate coin by Tom Brake last week at the Ecology Centre in Carshalton. Charlie and his parents will also be taken for tea in the House of Commons as part of the prize.
Charlie's design was chosen over 250 entries from school children. Tom said: "Charlie's design stood out because it was a very colourful and expressive finger painting and the angel looked so happy.
"But it was a very difficult choice to make, as the quality of the entries was very high."
