Elderly patients at Queen Mary's Hospital were entertained by youngsters from the Heathmere Primary School Choir.
The 40-strong choir from the Roehampton school sang Christmas carols to patients of Lancaster Ward.
They were invited back for the third year after previous concerts proved popular.
Patient Mary Bortolo said: "It is so nice to see the young ones singing, they brought tears to my eyes. I especially enjoyed Silent Night. I sang along with them in German."
The patients will be treated to another concert when trust staff led by head of pastoral services Chris Scott will be singing on the ward nearer Christmas.
