In the Middlesex County Track and Field Indoor Championships at Windsor, Thames Valley Harrier's were well represented in the 60 metres, Long Jump and Shot Put events.
The Senior Mens 60 metres title went to Aiah Yambasu in a time of 7.1 seconds. Geoff Wallis finished 3rd in 7.2 seconds.
Ross ODonovan claimed the Under-17s Mens 60 metres Championship in 7.2 seconds and the Under-15s Women's title went to Cherelle Norriston in 8.3 seconds.
Norriston followed up this performance with victories in the Long Jump, with a leap of 4.72 metres and the Shot Put, with a throw of 8.76m.
Fema Scott was 2nd in the Women's 60 metres in 8.4 seconds while Yomi Harding won the Under-20s Shot Put with a throw of 9.30 metres.
Meanwhile outdoors, in a Multi-Terrain 5km inter-club event around two laps of Ruislip Lido, over a mix of grass, gravel, mud, sand and tarmac, 16 Valley members tested their skills with the leading protagonist, Lee Benjamin, who finished 5th in a time of 17 minutes and 38 seconds, while youngsters Jack Taylor and Calum Nicol gave a good account of themselves in 8th and 13th in 18 and 19 minutes respectively.
It was a novel experience for Kevin Edmonds, the former 400m sprinter, as he finished 19th in 19 minutes and 40 seconds, with Edouard Saul in 27th in 21 minutes and 20 seconds and David Nicol, Calum's dad, finished in 35th in a time of 22 minutes and 16 seconds, completed the scoring team which finished 3rd with 107 points.
