Christmas came early for a number of residents when they received over £3,000 to equip offices with computers, printers and telephones to keep voluntary groups going. Ealing Council awarded Special Project Grants to three residents' associations: The Northolt Alliance received £1,989 for computers, a fax and a telephone line, Islip Manor Residents' Association received £120 for a new printer and Willowtree Residents' Association received £1,000 for a computer.
