A UNIQUE piece of jewellery may be the key to catching a burglar who broke into a house twice in four weeks.
The diamond necklace was designed by Kelly Scott and made up by a Hatton Garden jeweller when she worked for a jewellery magazine.
It was among many items including her children's Christmas presents, electronic toys and games stolen from their Sidcup home on December 10.
The house had been burgled three weeks previously while the family was asleep and cash and credit cards were taken.
Police believe the same person was responsible for both break-ins.
Kelly, 40, is hoping her necklace is so distinctive it may lead police to the burglar. If you can help, call Bexleyheath Crimedesk on 020 8284 9142.
