A SCHEME which carries out work on elderly persons' homes to reduce the number of possible deaths and injuries through falls has received a £500 boost from supermarket chain Tesco.
The Epping Free Fall home safety initiative is free. The money will go towards repair work in clients' homes and specialist work that may need to be carried out on electrical appliances.
Epping Tesco store manager Dean Theobald said: "I think it's wonderful that the scheme has been set up and Tesco is proud to be involved and help in any way we can."
