A 10-year-old girl from Gravesham has designed a greeting card for new council tenants in the borough.
Emily Johnson's "Welcome to your Home" card was picked from 40 entries.
Her design has a house with the sun shining and a pet dog. She won a Sony playstation and four games.
Mayor of Gravesham, Councillor Valerie Ashenden said: "Emily deserves her prize for creating such a lovely drawing.
The cards are being printed and will be sent to new council tenants from 2002.
