A Beckenham Infants' school has been praised by an inspection team for above average standards in art, music and science.
Bromley Road Infant School, in St George's Road, Beckenham, got full marks for its teaching which was "satisfactory" and many lessons were judged "very good," by the Ofsted inspection team.
However, a recommendation was made for the school to focus on further developing reading to match its high standards in writing.
The report says: "Good leadership and management and strong teaching means standards are improving and the school offers good value for money."
