THE festive season brings a change in council services for Swanley residents.

This week, Sevenoaks District Council's office will have normal opening hours.

You can contact the office in High Street, Swanley, between 10am and 3pm until Friday, December 21 and from 10am to 1pm on Saturday, December 22.

The offices will then be closed from December 23 to December 26, and on January 1. However, emergencies can be reported on 01732 462222.

There will also be changes to refuse collection times. No collections are being made on December 25 and December 26.

Collections will be made a day later than normal between January 1 and 4. For more details, call 01959 562936.
