POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a burglary in Penge which left three windows smashed and renovation equipment missing.
Thieves entered a house in Cambridge Road overnight on December 14 and stole double-glazed window units, a whole pre-packed boiler and a number of power tools, but no witnesses have so far been found.
The owner of the property discovered at 8.30am the following day that the lounge, front door and kitchen windows had been smashed and the items were missing.
Officers suspect a vehicle may have been used and more than one criminal may have been involved due to the size of the haul.
Anyone with information should call Detective Constable Robert Smith, of the burglary squad, on 020 8284 8048, or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
