Hercules Wimbledon Athletic Club's Estle Viljoen continued to show good form at the Belgrave open seven-miles event and the Cambridge Harriers winter league meeting at Bexley.
She overcame a strong challenge in the Cambridge race to win the five kilometres contest by just six seconds, in a time of 24 mins 13 secs.

Her next race is the New Year's Day meet in Victoria Park, Hackney.
