Brave Sutton resident Scott Watson collected cash for Great Ormond Street Hospital in a particularly hair-razing way at his local pub recently.
The barman let his colleagues wax and shave half of his body at the Wheatsheaf Inn pub in Brighton Road, Banstead, to raise money for the London children's hospital.
But the shearing was well worth it because it raised a whopping £465 for the hospital.
A regular, dubbed BT Dave, had his hairstyle turned into a David Beckham Mohican to help the charity fundraiser.
