LUCA VIALLI is naturally delighted with the impact of 17-year-old Anthony McNamee, who lives with his parents just opposite The Oval cricket ground.
"He is a talented, quality, exciting young prospect. He will be a crucial player whether it is next season or when he is 20," said the manager.
"McNamee is certainly a very bright talent, a good footballer and a nice lad. We have to give him time to settle, use him with care and work with him.
"He is an asset, obviously, but he is only 17, but I think to play him for 90 minutes would be a bit too much for him because he is not physically developed yet. But with a few more games and a bit more experience, he is definitely going to be very much part of our squad for next season."
