A CHILD PROTECTION booklet was launched by Redbridge Council last week.
The Positive Encounters booklet started by the area child protection committee gives guidance, tips and observations to assist professionals working in Redbridge's multicultural community.
Speakers at the event, which took place at the Jack Carter Pavilion, Barkingside, included assistant commissioner of police Carol Howlett, Redbridge's director of social services and social inclusion John Drew and actress and theatre director Jo Martin.
