THREE brothers have denied murdering a man over three years ago.
The body of Tahir Butt, 49, from south Harrow, was found in a burnt out car in Hilfield Lane, Bushey in March 1999.
Motor mechanic Manoj Mistry, 31, jobless Millan Mistry, 26 and postman Kiran Mistry, 28, all of Eaton Avenue, Wembley, were all charged in May this year.
The brothers stood side by side in the dock of court four in the Old Bailey on Friday, July 5, to plead not guilty to the murder of Mr Butt on March 17, 1999.
Judge David Stokes QC set the trial for November 4 this year.
It is expected to last five weeks.
