The Times Square Shopping Centre is making a final plea for people to drag their old foreign coins out from the bottom of their jacket pockets.
The centre also wants to thank everybody who has already donated their shrapnel to help raise more than £1,500 for the Cancer Research Campaign.
Those who would like to contribute their spare change still have the opportunity to do so until July 31.
Centre manager Noel Bergmann said: "We had a superb response from people who dropped off unwanted coins and notes they had left over from holidays or business trips.
"It's a great total to have raised towards vital cancer research but I'm sure there are literally thousands of pounds worth of foreign coins gathering dust in the back of drawers in homes throughout the borough.
"It's not just currency from countries now using the Euro that the Cancer Research Campaign needs, all foreign currency can help raise funds."
You can take the money to the centre or call 020 8669 8268 to arrange for it to be collected.
