Sutton & Epsom RFC started their pre-season training on Monday.
This should be a season full of promise as Sutton are in with a great chance of promotion and hoping for a good run in the Tetley Bitter Cup.
Sutton, who are Surrey's sole representative in London Division One, are the only club to have held their place in that division since the leagues were inaugurated.
But they are optimistic of reaching the National Leagues, having finished third in the table last season and beaten both promoted clubs, Havant and Basingstoke.
Two newcomers have been promoted into London One, Hertford and Canterbury.
An old adversary, Southend, won the third promotion spot through the play-offs.
The other sides in the division are Norwich, Haywards Heath, Cheshunt, London Nigerians, Staines, Thanet Wanderers, Winchester and Harlow.
