PLANS to build six classrooms as part of a new pre-preparatory school building at Bishop's Stortford College have been submitted to East Herts Council.
If given the go-ahead, the new school building will provide facilities for 130 four to seven-year-olds.
It is hoped the expansion will cater for development in other age groups within the college, with the old pre-preparatory classrooms being taken over by the junior school.
School bursar Ian McCultoch said: "For the people using it, it will be an excellent new facility and it will release their current classrooms for use by other areas of the school."
