POLICE are hunting for three men who hijacked a lorry containing £1.5m worth of cigarettes and alcohol before dumping the driver and a guard in Stapleford Tawney.
The incident occurred at 10.15am on Wednesday, July 3, when the driver of the Spanish lorry pulled into an industrial estate in Rainham. The lorry driver, aged in his 30s, and the guard, believed to be in his 50s, were uninjured when they were found by Essex Police several hours later.
