At what point will Croydon Council realise that instead of picking on the community charge-paying, car tax-paying residents of Croydon, they should take on some social responsibility?

When our car was no longer viable we paid £30 for someone to tow it away. Other people just dump their cars in the middle of the road. What does Croydon Council do about it?

When I stopped outside a nursery to drop off my child for five minutes and I didn't pay the 70p parking charge, I was fined and paid £40.

Other people drive around Croydon without tax and insurance, dump their rubbish in the middle of the pavement etc. What does Croydon Council do about it?

I take my rubbish to the local community dump. My neighbour blocks up the communal alleyway. What does Croydon Council do about it?

Well actually they will do something. Instead of charging or fining my neighbour they would be prepared to remove the rubbish and charge me!
