A programme which teaches water babies to jump in and swim confidently before the age of two has gained national recognition for its pioneering work.
The Dolphin Swim School, which is run from Boundary Business Centre, Church Road, Mitcham, and teaches babies from three months upwards, has become a Swimming Teachers Association recognised centre.
STA regional development officer Dave Perry praised the school for improving swimming and water safety.
"There is a really high standard of teaching and there is a good rapport with children and parents."
