* The Football Fans Union has announced they will conduct an online poll to gauge fans' opinions towards a boycott of ITV's advertisers' products.
The move aims to increase pressure on Carlton and Granada over the ITV Digital fiasco.
Alex Burmaster, campaigns director of the Football Fans Union said: "We are delighted that the Sky deal will help improve the financial stability of football clubs.
"But there is still a massive shortfall left by the collapse of ITV Digital. We hope that this latest development might pave the way for Carlton and Granada to come to the negotiating table with the Football League.''
Fans can vote for or against by visiting the website at www.the-ffu.com
* Don't forget the Crystal Palace Football Club's open day on Sunday, August 4 at Selhurst Park. The day will run from 11am 4pm.
