Open air theatre comes to Waltham Abbey tonight with a performance of Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream in the Abbey Church gardens.
The play will be performed by touring theatre company Chapterhouse.
Spokeswoman Caroline Young said: "The play is unusual for open air theatre as there is a large cast of 15. The costumes are beautiful and there is live original fairy music, mostly keyboards and flute."
Church warden Linda Jewson said: "Last year we put on a production of Hamlet and it was very successful. About 100 people came and I think this year we've sold at least 100 tickets.
"Unless it's very extreme weather, the show goes ahead no matter what. Last year it rained for about 20 minutes but after that it was beautiful and I don't expect anything less this year."
The show starts at 7.30pm and the gardens open at 6.30pm.
People should take their own seats or rugs. Tickets £10 for adults and £6 for children are available on the night or from Waltham Abbey tourist information centre.
