Once a month the residents of Ashtead start seeing double when mums with twins from around the region converge on the St George's Christian Centre in Barnett Wood Lane, Ashtead. The families are all part of the James Club, which is affiliated with the worldwide multiple birth association. According to Justine McGuinness, who helps to organise the club, families with triplets and quadruplets are also welcome to join. Mrs McGuinness said: "It's a great way of meeting other twin mums and when you have just become a new mum with twins, exchanging ideas about your twins with other new mums is very useful." For more information about the club call Charlotte Elson on 01737 371432.
