ADAM BOWDEN'S sparkling start to the track season has been rewarded with a debut call-up for the British Under-23 team in an international against Germany and invited guests in Newport on Saturday, July 20.
The 19-year-old north Watford-based athlete, already an established cross country international, earned his selection by reaching the final of the Commonwealth Games trials, and then winning the AAA Under-23 title in Bedford last month.
