A large collection of artwork by Bexley artists will be on show at Freemantle Hall, Bexley, from August 5.
The Bexley Art Group, formed in 1942, has been holding an annual exhibition since 1945, making this year's event its Diamond Jubilee.
Around 50 members are expected to exhibit about 200 paintings, mostly oil, acrylic or watercolour on canvas.
Deputy Mayor Councillor Tonya Kelsey will attend the opening night.
Expect to see artwork concentrating on portraiture, landscapes, sculpture and some reproductions of famous names.
