The News Shopper is offering readers the chance to get in shape with a year's free membership of Bannatyne's Heath Club, worth £900.
The second prize-winner will receive one week's membership, which includes all the facilities, while the third prize is a weekend membership lasting Friday to Monday inclusive.
Bannatyne's is an exclusive new health club, in Marvels Lane, Grove Park.
It boasts facilities for all ages and abilities including a large swimming pool, steam room, aerobics studio, spa pool, spinning studio and fitness gym with more than 63 pieces of equipment. There is also a mind & body studio for yoga or pilates and fast-tanning sunbeds .
The building is air-conditioned and has a large caf/bar where members and their guests can sit and relax. There are meals and snacks to choose from with healthy options and kids' dinners available.
