Second Division Mill Hill Village claimed their third Division One scalp with a three-wicket win at Twickenham on Saturday.
Their reward is a home third round clash with Brondesbury on July 28.
Twickenham made 201-8 (Chris Williams 3-47) off their 45 overs and Village made a slow start, reaching 68-3 off 23 overs.
But Wayne Hough launched a blitz with 86 not out off 61 balls and saw them to victory.
