A FAST food manager was held at gunpoint while a robber demanded all the takings from the till.
The shop manager, an Asian man in his 30's, was working at the New Royal Fried Chicken and Ribs shop in Field End Road, Eastcote, last Wednesday when the attack happened.
He was on duty on his own at the front of the shop, and all the other members of staff were in the back preparing food at about 10.10pm when the robber walked in.
There were no other customers in the shop as the man casually walked up to the counter and asked to see a copy of the menu and asked what time the shop closed.
He then suddenly the man reached into his jacket and took a gun out of a blue plastic bag.
He held the gun at the manager's chest and told him to take the money out of the till.
The shocked victim called to an assistant at the back of the shop to come and help him, and when he came to the shop front and saw the gun being held to his manager's chest he quickly pushed the panic alarm button.
The robber asked him again to take the money out of the till, and then asked him to put it into a brown paper food bag, which he did.
After he handed over the money, the man fled from the shop, and ran across Field End Road down an alleyway behind some shops.
The robber is described as a white man, 5ft 11 in height, with short blonde hair and was clean-shaven. He was wearing a black leather jacket, black t-shirt and blue trousers (possibly jeans).
