REDBRIDGE Social Services is celebrating double-success an award from the Department of Health and winning the Best Exhibit competition at the recently-held Redbridge Show.
They have received a two star award in recognition of their improved service to the local community, the only East London borough to receive two stars.
Their prize-winning display at the show included stands from all the areas within social services community care, housing, children and families.
Commenting on their achievements, Redbridge's cabinet member for social services and health, councillor Alan Hughes said: "Staff have clearly shown how strong their morale and commitment to provide best quality services to local people is.
"It clearly came across at the show where they walked away with first prize for best exhibit for the third year in a row."
