Kent County Council (KCC) is urging Kent employees to nominate managers for Britain's best boss competition.
Organisers Lloyds TSB and Parents At Work want to hear about team leaders who encourage flexible working hours, understand family emergencies and limit long working hours.
The employees who nominate the winning boss will each receive a bottle of Champagne and the best boss will be awarded £1,000 in Thomas Cook travel vouchers.
Kent County Council councillor Leyland Ridings said: "I am sure we have plenty of managers who could be nominated for best boss."
Call Parents At Work on 020 7628 3565 before February 14 to nominate your boss.
