SCHOOLCHILDREN and artists have joined forces to create works of art for the new hospital in Farnborough.
Pupils from Hayes School created 40 pieces of work, based on the theme of "journeys", which will be exhibited when the hospital opens in March.
Other pieces for the Princess Royal University Hospital include three commissioned works on "healing nature" for the new Chartwell cancer unit.
Staff at the unit have been involved in selecting the works, which are said to be "quiet, attractive and contemplative".
