A Battersea playscheme is celebrating the sweet smell of success thanks to a local department store.
The Heathbrook Club on the Robinson estate was chosen by Arding and Hobbs to be the beneficiaries of its Christmas charity fundraising.
The store's perfume department organised the annual event, raising almost £2,000 through raffles, auctions and donations, which will be used to fund the club's holidays activities for youngsters.
Playscheme organiser Kathy Martins said: "This money will help us provide a variety of events such as day trips and we are very grateful to Arding and Hobbs for their donation."
