Sightings of wild cats in Kent are increasing says the British Big Cat Society.
There have been 92 sightings in the county and the society says for every sighting another three go unreported.
Gravesend has had a number of sightings including a lynx which attacked Barr Road, Westcourt, resident Mick Cole last year.
There have also been sightings of what is thought to be a female panther with a cub in the Gravesham area.
Brad Clough, the British Big Cat Society's representative for Kent, said: "It is thought the first wild cats were released from private collections in the 1970s and many of the animals we see today are their offspring. "
