The three winners of Rugby League Club London Broncos' Prop idol' competition, two of whom had never played rugby league before, will now join the Broncos squad in preparation for Sunday's friendly at Warrington.
They are James Hersey, 20, from Leamington Spa, a student at Coventry University, who plays for Leicester Tigers Under 21 side; Michael Lowis, 25, a polisher from Bristol, and Sam Wilson, 21, a New Zealand student from Bedfordshire. The three winners will stay with Broncos one month and the club will then decide if one of them meets the criteria to be offered a full-time contract.
Broncos have been drawn at home to First Division Oldham in the fourth round of the Challenge Cup at Griffin Park on Sunday February 9th (3pm).
