ESSEX Police has opened a telephone information line for anyone with welfare concerns about people stranded on the M11 in Essex.
Anyone with medical concerns about someone stuck in the snow-boundtraffic, or whose non-arrival is causing serious cause for concern can ring 01245 464222. Essex Police say this number should be used for no other reason.
