Epping Forest Council refuse collection teams are braving the weather today, but say there will be some roads they will be unable to reach.
Residents are asked to take their rubbish back in if it is not collected by the end of the day and put it back out at the regular time next week. Blue Box recycling collections are also being made. The next collection day is in a fortnight, as usual.
