PUBS, clubs and off-licences have just over six weeks left to apply for alcohol licences under new licensing laws.
So far, just 100 of Bexley's 500 licensed premises have applied to the council for their new licences.
Under the new laws, all premises selling alcohol have to apply for a new licence, even if they do not want to change anything in their current licence.
The deadline for applications is August 6.
All of the new licences have to be in place by the Government's cut-off date of November 24.
Any premises which does not have a new licence by this date will no longer have a licence to sell alcohol.
They could be forced to close and re-apply for its licence.
Bexley Council's new licensing team is available to help people with their applications.
