NO alcohol or fatty foods, just clean living and plenty of rest.
This is not the lifestyle of an aspiring monk, but instead the routine of a Formula One wannabe.
Chislehurst's Tiffany Chittenden, who currently lies fifth in the country's highest karting division, has to go without many of life's little luxuries in her bid to make it to the very top of the motor-racing tree.
As well as watching her diet the 23-year-old also puts her body through a punishing schedule at Esporta, the gym which sponsors her.
In an average work-out Tiffany will either swim 100 lengths of the gym's 25m pool or complete one hour's intense cardio-vascular work on the treadmill, excercise bike, step machine and cross-trainer.
To help reach and maintain optimum fitness Tiffany is assisted by one of the gym's personal trainers, who customises her work-outs.
Each piece of equipment is then programmed to run until the end of the alloted time, so Tiffany has to keep on going whether she likes it or not.
She said: "I won't lie, it is very hard work but hopefully it'll all be worth it in the end.
"I used to get frustrated that I couldn't eat and drink what I wanted to, but now it doesn't bother me so much any more because I'm used to it.
"And my friends all love it, because I always drive them everywhere on a night out."
