RESIDENTS besieged by a gang of 15 hoodies say life has improved since News Shopper got involved.
Although the gang still roams outside flats at Alamein Gardens, Stone, Jenny Turrell says life inside is getting better.
The 38-year-old hairdresser is the partner of a resident too scared to have their name printed.
She said: "Dartford Council has really cleaned up the flats so they no longer stink of urine and rat droppings.
"It has also taken away the needles and muck although the entry phone system is still smashed, meaning the hoodies still get in."
She says the hoodies teenagers dressed in hooded tops spend their time sitting on the grass in the sunshine and sticking their fingers up at residents.
She added: "We see the police driving down London Road but they rarely come round here to deal with the hoodies."
