A CHARITY worker is looking for two wheelchairs to take to a Russian orphanage when she visits it for the third time.
Loretta Platts, 22, of Lavender Close, Bromley, is currently working with international charity the Russian Orphan Opportunity Fund (ROOF), which cares for children at the orphanage at Belskoye Ustye in western Russia.
The former Bromley High School pupil is currently home for a few weeks before she returns to help run a summer holiday camp for children with disabilities who live at the orphanage.
She said: "The summer camp will give the children a great holiday while developing their social skills.
"I'm urgently looking for two wheelchairs to take out to the orphanage with me.
"The ones presently in use are old, broken and dangerous."
Anyone who can help out should send an email to Miss Platts at loretta_platts@hotmail.com
