Head to Leeds Castle for some fine music this summer.
The Family Picnic Prom takes place on June 26.
The concert features Carl Davis and the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra with a rousing programme of popular children's musical themes from Harry Potter to Barbie, James Bond to The Jungle Book plus all your favourite patriotic prom classics.
The event promises to provide a fantastic opportunity for families and friends to spend a relaxing afternoon in the 500-acre parkland overlooking the castle and moat. The castle grounds open at 10am, so everyone can make a full day of it.
Also taking place are two open-air classical concerts on June 25 and July 2.
The concerts held in the picturesque 500-acre parkland overlooking the castle and moat have become a popular tradition for summer promenaders who can enjoy their own champagne picnics while listening to inspirational music.
The BBC Big Band will warm up each 15,000-strong audience before Carl Davis leads the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra and Brighton Festival Chorus in a musical extravaganza that culminates in Tchaikovsky's rousing 1812 Overture and grand firework finale.
Soloists are acclaimed duo The Opera Babes Karen England and Rebecca Knight and narrator is TV presenter and music expert John Suchet.
Bookings for all concerts can be made online at leeds-castle.com or by calling the box office on 01622 880008 on weekdays from 10am to 5pm.
